Return & Exchange Policy
How do I return or exchange my order?
Returns can be requested only for the following reasons:
- Size issues
- Defective product
- Wrong or different color
- Quality-related concerns
Exchanges are allowed only for the same product in a different size or color. Replacement with a different product is not permitted under any circumstances. All eligible returns and exchanges are processed at no extra cost to you. Famnest reserves the right to decline a return or exchange request if the reason provided does not fall under the above-mentioned categories or is found to be non-genuine.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested size or color is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped (usually within 24–48 hours of placing the order).
To cancel your order, please write to us at support@famnest.com.
If the order is cancelled successfully:
- For prepaid orders, the amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 4–7 working days.
What should I do if I receive a wrong product?
In the rare event that you receive an incorrect product, we will either:
- Re-ship the correct product, or
- Issue a full refund
This will be done after the reverse pickup of the incorrect item and once it is verified at our end.
Please contact us at support@famnest.com with your order details for further instructions.
Kindly ensure that the product is:
- Unused
- In original condition
- With all tags intact
- Returned along with the original invoice
Do I need to ship the return order myself?
No,We will arrange a free reverse pickup through our logistics partner for all eligible return and exchange requests.
How will I receive my refund?
- For prepaid orders, the refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be issued as Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on famnest.com.
