Every product page lists a recommended age range, and you can browse collections by age group. If your child sits between two ranges, go with the older one — most toys stay interesting for longer than they stay challenging.
We check materials and age ratings on everything we stock, and the age guidance is printed on each product page. Please do follow it — small parts in toys rated 3+ are a choking hazard for younger children.
Shipping is free on most orders across India. Cash on Delivery carries a small handling fee. You’ll see the exact amount at checkout before you pay.
Orders usually ship within 24–48 hours. Delivery typically takes 5–8 days and is often quicker in metro cities. You’ll get tracking by email once it’s on its way.
Yes — COD sits alongside UPI, cards and net banking at checkout. Two things to know: a small COD handling fee applies, shown at checkout, and COD refunds are issued as store credit rather than cash.
Yes — within 7 days of delivery, for size issues, defects, a wrong colour, or quality concerns. We arrange a free reverse pickup, so you never pay return shipping. Exchanges are for the same product in a different size or colour; if that isn’t available we refund you in full.
You can cancel any time before your order ships — usually a 24–48 hour window. Email management@famnest.co.in. Prepaid refunds return to your original payment method within 4–7 working days; COD refunds are issued as store credit.
